((K, this is a few months before the beginning of everything so far. Suzaku's a colonel and is not yet Lancelot Albion.))
Suzaku Kururugi was walking in the middle of the courtyard of the castle, still currently a colonel, but looking to raise his rank. He wondered if anyone would come by, and maybe with a few well placed words, he could score a promotion to at least a lesser general.

Raigun walked by too much work to even notice the young man he nearly trampeled. "Sorry, soldier didn't see you there...you would happen to know where my secretarry went do you?" Hre asked not able to see the boy, because of his giant stack of papers.

Suzaku recognized the man as an obviously important man. "Uh, no sir," Suzaku said, getting down on one knee, as was the way of the court. "Um, do you need help with those, m'lord."

"Get the hell up and grab the top half of the papers." he said as he kicked the man slightly with his foot.

Suzaku winced at the pain, trying not to show the fact that he was slightly hurt for carrying out the required niceties of the court. "Yes sir," Suzaku said grabbing the upper five eighths.

Raigun would have slapped his head if he was able. "Sorry I didn't mean to kick that hard, now follow me to my office. "He said leading the man to his office and setting the papers down. "So you're in the millitarry correct?"

"Yes sir!" Suzaku said, his voice cracking in the middle. He set the papers down on the desk. "Colonel Suzaku Kururugi, at your service, sir!"

"Research and Development, but not that high in it. My research budget really isn't all that great, so I'm dangerously close to losing my position," Suzaku said, fogetting his position and who he was talking to.

"Hmm what type of research...I'm sure my son would know...you see he's head of the entire reaserch division." He said reading a paper with much anixety.

"Development of knew armors, mechanics' division," Suzaku said, shrugging as he went. "We're halfway through finishing the generator for the new armor unit, but it's still just a prototype."

"Uh, perhaps I shouldn't. The materia we're using to power the engine is still unstable," Suzaku said. "Our development group is kinda secret, perhaps I should go."

"56 floors underground, for safety and security reasons," Suzaku said, walking up to a seemingly random bookshelf.

Raigun walked up next to him. "Ahh so you know of some of the secretes of the librarry." He said taking a blue book off of a shelf and placing it in with the other blue books. The wall moved letting a hall be seen. He removed the book. "As you were."

"Well, yes," Suzaku said as he walked to another bookshelf and partially removed a white and gold book. It opened to reveal two metal poles. "The RD CAVE!"
